WILD
AFRICA
IT'S MAGIC, ABSOLUTE MAGIC!
Lioness on an Africa Wildlife Photography Tour

CAMP OVERVIEW

“Wild Africa” is hands down The Outback Experience’s most exciting and action-packed wildlife camp!

Designed for teenagers, young adults, and families, this 6-night, 7-day adventure takes you on a stunning wildlife photography journey through Lake Nakuru and the world-famous Maasai Mara, guided by award-winning photographer Phillip Ross.

Lake Nakuru National Park

Located in Kenya’s Great Rift Valley, this park was once famous for its million-strong flamingo flocks. Though the numbers have declined due to flooding, the park remains a wildlife hotspot. It’s home to both black and white rhinos, leopards, lions, giraffes, zebras, gazelles, and over 400 bird species. The diverse landscape—ranging from lake shores to rocky hills—makes it a dream for nature lovers and photographers alike.

Maasai Mara National Reserve

One of the most iconic wildlife reserves on the planet, the Maasai Mara is all about wide open grasslands, stunning views, and legendary wildlife. You’ll find lions, cheetahs, elephants, hippos, giraffes, and huge herds of zebra and antelope. Rare sightings like the bat-eared fox and Roan antelope make it even more special. And with over 450 bird species, it’s a paradise for birders too.

So… what are you waiting for? Pack your bags—Africa is calling!
